End-to-End Aluminium Manufacturing, Built for Quality and Reliability
Manufacturing is carried out in modern, fully integrated facilities covering 52,000 m², with 32,000 m² of indoor production space. Sustainability is built into operations, with around 35% of electricity generated on-site via solar energy, supporting responsible and future-ready manufacturing.
The production setup covers the full aluminium process in-house — from billet casting and extrusion through to anodizing, powder coating, wood-effect finishes, thermal break assembly, precision machining, quality control, and final packaging. This end-to-end capability ensures tight quality control, consistent finishes, and dependable supply.
Aluminium billets are produced using advanced Wagstaff casting technology, manufacturing 6XXX series alloys and tailored alloy solutions suitable for high-performance applications. Billets from 5” to 9” in diameter are produced with a monthly capacity of up to 5,000 tons, providing both scalability and reliability for projects of any size.
